1Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the h77a platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment.

  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of h77a, or of any affiliated company or technology provider that operates systems used by h77a.

h77a reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements are not met. Any funds deposited by an ineligible person may be frozen pending investigation and returned to the source payment method after deduction of any applicable transaction costs.

2Account Registration and Security

To access betting and casino features on h77a, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing management of your h77a account:

  • Each player is permitted to hold only one account on h77a. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts held by that player, along with forfeiture of any pending bonus balances.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account details with any third party. h77a will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
  • You must promptly notify h77a support if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. h77a may temporarily suspend your account as a protective measure while any such report is investigated.
  • h77a may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

Account information must be kept up to date. If your contact details, mobile number, or payment method change, you must update your account profile promptly. h77a cannot be held responsible for failed communications or failed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

h77a supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local and international payment channels. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. h77a does not charge fees on standard deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, transaction fees levied by the payment provider on their side remain the responsibility of the player.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. h77a reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within minutes for mobile money channels.
  • h77a reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, h77a will notify the player and may require additional documentation before the withdrawal is released.
  • All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits (payments from an account belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account investigation.

h77a operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances displayed in your h77a wallet are denominated in BDT. Currency conversion is not offered on the platform. The currency symbol ৳ refers to BDT throughout the platform.

4Bonuses and Promotions

h77a offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

  • Bonuses are credited to your account in a designated bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus will be stated on the promotion page or in the applicable offer communication.
  • h77a welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A player who closes and reopens an account, or who creates a second account, is not eligible for welcome bonus treatment on the subsequent account.
  • h77a reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that has already been credited to an account and meets the applicable wagering requirement at the time of modification will not be affected by the modification.
  • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or misrepresenting your identity to obtain a bonus — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account termination.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or the ICC T20 World Cup may carry additional time-limited terms. Such terms will be published clearly on the relevant promotion page and players are responsible for reading them before opting in.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on h77a are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may also apply and are published within the relevant section of the platform:

  • A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification from h77a. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — due to connection issues, system errors, or rejection by the platform — are not valid. h77a is not liable for bets lost due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
  • h77a reserves the right to void any bet placed at a price that was clearly in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full without further compensation.
  • Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during a match at h77a's discretion — for example during a wicket falling in cricket, a VAR review in football, or a technical interruption. Bets accepted before suspension are valid; bets submitted at the moment of suspension may be voided.
  • Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets on h77a. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and player account level. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface. h77a reserves the right to amend these limits without notice.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h77a. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
  • Money laundering or any attempt to use h77a as a vehicle for processing funds derived from criminal activity. h77a complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions as required.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market, or communicating with a counterparty in a live game in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, deposit, or withdrawal process.
  • Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are not considered valid and will be voided.

h77a employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate investigation. h77a's determination following such an investigation is final and binding subject to any formal dispute process described in Clause 12.

7Account Suspension and Termination

h77a may suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Clause 6, the eligibility requirements in Clause 1, or the account rules in Clause 2.
  • Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by h77a. A suspended account pending KYC will have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
  • At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through our Responsible Gaming tools. A player who self-excludes may request reactivation after the self-exclusion period has expired by contacting support directly.

8Responsible Gaming

h77a is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their betting activity:

  • Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can add to your h77a wallet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
  • Session time reminders — set a reminder notification that alerts you after a defined period of continuous play, giving you a natural pause point to assess whether to continue.
  • Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent exclusion from h77a at any time. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. All marketing communications will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use any content from h77a for public or commercial purposes without our express written permission.

The h77a brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of h77a. Unauthorised use of h77a trademarks, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional material, is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h77a's liability to you in connection with the platform is limited as follows:

  • h77a is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if h77a has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
  • h77a is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, game studios, data feed suppliers, or internet service providers. We will make reasonable efforts to restore full service as quickly as possible following any interruption.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits h77a's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Amendments to These Terms

h77a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h77a will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of h77a after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which h77a operates. h77a makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of its operating territory, and players access the platform from such locations entirely at their own risk.
